ANON INC began with frustration — and an obsession with restraint.
Founded by Marcus and Elena Vance, a husband-and-wife team in Carlsbad, California, the house was created for a single reason: premium products should not be disposable. Fabrics should hold shape. Seams should not loosen. Leather should patina with use, not fall apart with it.
We design for the people who train at dawn, travel through time zones, and still expect their wardrobe to perform with discipline.

Marcus & Elena Vance

Marcus, a former Division I athlete turned product engineer, spent a decade inside the supply chains of the world's most recognized performance brands — and walked away unimpressed. Elena, a creative director who came up through the worlds of luxury fashion and California wellness, kept seeing the same gap from the other side: beautiful design with no engineering integrity.
They met in San Diego in 2010, married in 2012, and raised two children while quietly cataloging every failure they encountered in their own wardrobes — the joggers that pilled after a single trip, the leather duffels that cracked at the seams, the "premium" tees that lost their shape by month three.
In 2024 they finally built the house they had been sketching for over a decade. ANON INC is the result: a single, disciplined collection made the way they wished everything else was made.
The Long Way Here
A Fourteen-Year Prototype
2010
First Meeting
Marcus and Elena meet in a Carlsbad coffee shop two blocks from where the studio stands today.
2012
Married
A small ceremony on the Pacific. Same discipline. Same standard. Same partnership that built the house.
2015
First Sketches
Late-night notebooks fill with patterns, fabric specs, and a symbol that would not arrive for another nine years.
2019
The Failure List
A shared document tracking every premium product that failed them. It would become the design brief.
2024
ANON INC Founded
The studio opens on Avenida Encinas. The symbol is finalized. The first prototypes go into stress testing.
2026
The House Opens
ANON INC releases its first public collection. Quietly. Without noise. Exactly as planned.

Every piece in the collection is worn for months by Marcus and Elena before it is ever offered. If it does not survive the way they live, it does not earn the symbol.
